Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of students by providing speech-language pathology services in a supportive educational environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for dedicated SLPs interested in working with a diverse range of age groups. Key Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and eligibility for state certification SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcome; school-based experience desirable Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Collaborative mindset for working with teachers, families, and specialists
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations for preschool students, including participation in RTI (Response to Intervention) teams Deliver direct therapy services to eligible students based on individualized education plans Provide temporary coverage for two maternity leaves at the middle and high school levels from January through March Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update student goals and document progress Maintain accurate service records and manage required paperwork in a timely manner
