Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure in Kentucky (or eligibility) Previous SLP experience in a school setting is preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver therapeutic interventions to students with speech, language, and communication needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation as required by federal, state, and district guidelines Participate in team meetings and provide education to school staff about best practices in communication disorders
