Your Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP Prior experience with pediatrics, early childhood, or elementary populations Knowledge of a broad range of speech and language disorders and intervention strategies Strong collaborative skills for working with staff, families, and other service providers Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student IEP goals
Position Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students Provide direct and consultative therapy services across varied caseloads (moderate to profound) Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary collaborations Offer guidance, support, and education to families and school staff Document interventions and maintain records in compliance with school and state guidelines
