8:00 AM-4:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluation and treatment services in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. The SLP will work with patients to develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy, monitor progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities Evaluate patients' speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide speech and language therapy based on patient-specific goals. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and outcomes accurately. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and home programs. Collaborate with physicians and other rehabilitation professionals. Maintain compliance with applicable clinical, documentation, and safety standards. Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM 40 hours per week Qualifications Current Speech Language Pathologist licensure/credentials as required for the work location. Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Relevant clinical experience preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills. Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Compensation will be discussed based on experience, qualifications, and assignment details.
Pay:
$70.98 - $80.14 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
