Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid SLP license or eligibility to obtain appropriate state licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; new Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply Previous work in a K-12 school setting is a plus Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to assess, diagnose, and implement effective treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, both individually and in groups Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and services Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff team meetings Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student success Offer consultation and guidance to educators regarding classroom strategies
