Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from an accredited program Active state licensure (or eligibility) in Massachusetts ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP or CCC-A) preferred Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Enthusiasm for teamwork, organization, and adapting to evolving student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and deliver therapy to students with speech, language, or hearing challenges Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation according to school and regulatory standards Serve as an engaging resource for staff and families on communication strategies Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
