Responsibilities include:

Identify and meet patients' goals and needs Offer effective treatment solutions Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally Consult with other healthcare professionals Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress Document patient care services

Requirements:

Valid license to practice in the state of MA Graduate from an accredited speech language pathology program Proven working experience as a licensed speech therapist Must demonstrate professional demeanor, work independently, and manage time efficiently Prior experience with Raintree EMR, a plus but not required Extensive education and clinical expertise Knowledge of current treatment practices Excellent interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Excellent interpersonal communication skills If you desire a rewarding career with a clinical practice that respects your talents and needs, look no further and apply today.'
