Key Qualifications:

Active SLP license Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required Previous experience in school-based or adolescent settings preferred Strong skills in conducting assessments and developing individualized education plans (IEPs) Excellent communication and organization abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to a high school caseload Conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpret assessment data to inform interventions Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Communicate progress and recommendations to students, families, and staff Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student growth Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
