Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working closely with students to help them achieve their communication goals. This role is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about making a difference in an educational setting. You'll collaborate with a supportive team and engage directly with students to empower their growth.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an
SLP ASHA
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience providing speech and language services within a school setting is highly valued Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to develop creative, individualized treatment plans
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess students' speech, language, and communication needs using formal and informal assessment tools Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for assigned caseload Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual or group sessions Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support each student's progress and ensure an inclusive learning environment Document services, maintain accurate student records, and complete required reports in compliance with regulations Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences Educate and support school staff and families on strategies to promote student success
