Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing speech-language pathology services to K-12 students in a supportive, school-based environment near Florence, MA. As a dedicated SLP, you'll play an essential role in helping students overcome communication barriers, foster their confidence, and achieve academic and social success. Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome Experience working with diverse K-12 student populations Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and related documentation Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions tailored to students needs Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to support student learning Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP planning and goal setting Maintain timely and accurate documentation, progress reports, and data tracking Provide consultation, resources, and training to school staff as needed
