Buttonloop Children's Therapies is looking to hire an energetic, dynamic, and compassionate speech therapist to join our team. We champion our patients and also each other! This position is for an experienced Speech Therapy clinician. Qualifications Applications must hold a masters degree in Speech Therapy Have 2+ years pediatric therapy experience, private pratice experience a plus Responsibilities Treat children 2-12 years of age and feel comfortable with both structured and play based therapies Interest in building skills as an oral myofuncational therapist and feeding therapist under direct training and supervision from our amazing leads Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs Collaborate with co-workers, other providers and family to provide cohesive plans Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations. Stay current with best practices in speech therapy and participate in professional development opportunities. Skills Experience working in clinic setting preferred Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including pediatrics and individuals with disabilities or autism. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively while ensuring high-quality care.
