Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) -
Full-Time LTC Therapy:
Taunton | Taunton, MA $43-$46/hour | Full-Time | Benefits LTC Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team in Taunton, MA. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy while helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function in a skilled nursing and post-acute care environment. What You'll Do Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals Provide skilled interventions addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia Monitor resident progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the care team What We Offer $43-$46/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Collaborative interdisciplinary therapy team Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduates are welcome to apply If you're an SLP who enjoys helping residents make meaningful progress in communication and swallowing function, we'd love to hear from you.
