Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication-related disorders across diverse populations. Your expertise will help improve patients' quality of life through personalized therapy plans, collaborative care, and innovative approaches. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in both clinical and community settings while working with multidisciplinary teams committed to excellence in patient care. Must have aftershool hours available. Duties Conduct speech and language evaluations for patients of all ages, including early intervention and school-aged children. Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs, utilizing evidence-based practices. Provide direct therapy sessions focusing on speech articulation and language development. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive treatment strategies and effective communication. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries using EMR/EHR systems. Educate patients and their families on speech-language disorders, therapy techniques, and home practice strategies to reinforce progress. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care for individuals with complex disabilities or medical conditions. Skills Extensive knowledge of pediatrics and early intervention strategies for speech and language development. Proficiency in speech therapy techniques for a wide range of communication disorders across age groups. Experience working with children and individuals with disabilities or speech impairments in clinical or educational environments. Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology related to speech production and swallowing functions. Ability to perform comprehensive assessments of speech-language abilities using standardized tools and clinical observations. Skilled in implementing speech-language therapy plans effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Our team is growing and we want you to grow with us!

$40.00 - $54.63 per hour
