$60,000-$80,000 annually About the Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school team in Winchendon, MA for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking to make a meaningful impact in a school-based setting while collaborating with educators and related service professionals. Position Overview The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide speech and language services to students across the assigned grade levels. The specific caseload and grade-level assignment will be determined based on school needs and the candidate's experience. Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy to students. Conduct evaluations and participate in the development and implementation of IEPs. Develop individualized speech and language goals based on student needs. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers. Support students' communication skills across academic and social environments. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Caseload & Work Environment Grade-level assignment and caseload are TBD. Caseload will be determined based on school needs. Office/workspace details are TBD. Onsite position within the school. Qualifications Active Massachusetts DESE licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Active Mass.gov SLP licensure. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
