Job Description

Ideal experience and qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Doctorate in Audiology from an accredited program Current and valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Audiology (CCC-A) preferred Previous work with pediatric populations in school or clinical settings Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with educational staff, parents, and caregivers Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in diverse school environments Comfort working on-site and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Key responsibilities: Conduct student assessments for speech, language, and auditory processing Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment programs Provide direct therapy services to students with various speech, language, or auditory disorders Educate faculty, staff, and families on best practices and strategies Complete timely documentation and maintain accurate records Consult and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and caregivers Support communication initiatives and advocate for students' needs Stay current on best practices and continuing education Candidates will receive health and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k), and competitive weekly pay.
