Job Description

Make a meaningful impact within a vibrant elementary school environment as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in central Maryland. This full-time contract role offers you the chance to work closely with young learners, collaborating with dedicated educators and supporting childrens communication development during pivotal academic years.
Qualifications and Skills:
Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC required) Strong experience supporting elementary-aged students in school settings Profound understanding of common childhood speech and language disorders, as well as evidence-based therapeutic interventions Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for elementary students Create and deliver targeted treatment plans tailored to each child's needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to optimize student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation for IEPs, progress reports, and evaluations Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations Serve as a resource and advocate for students with speech/language challenges This opportunity offers a supportive setting with dedicated colleagues, opportunities for professional growth, and the rewarding experience of shaping young lives.
