Job Description

Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure/certification as required for Maryland schools Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Confident in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
What You'll Do:
Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication needs Develop and deliver individualized therapy sessions, tailored to student goals Create and maintain thorough progress documentation Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize students' potential Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations Keep current with best practices and compliance standards in speech-language pathology
