Qualifications and Experience Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility Recent experience working in a PreK-12 school setting preferred Strong collaboration and communication abilities Ability to develop and implement IEPs and actively participate in IEP meetings Commitment to supporting diverse student populations Key Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language services to students across grade levels Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborate with educators, families, and other therapists to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and reports Deliver therapy sessions individually or in group settings, as determined by student needs Engage in IEP development, meetings, and progress tracking Perks for You This opportunity offers the flexibility of working as an independent contractor and the assurance that you will be compensated for every hour worked.
