E-Therapy seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver virtual speech services to K-12 students nationwide. In this fully remote role, you will conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEP-driven therapy plans, provide individual and group teletherapy, document progress with data-driven tools, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams. You'll use secure online platforms, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and access ongoing training. E-Therapy offers flexible scheduling, clinician-centered support, and the opportunity to close service gaps for students who need consistent, high-quality speech services. Responsibilities Provide virtual speech-language evaluations and therapy to K-12 students Develop, implement, and update IEP-driven treatment plans and goals Deliver individual and group teletherapy sessions using secure platforms Document services, progress, and outcomes using data-driven tools Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student success Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed Maintain compliance with state, ASHA, and school district requirements Engage in ongoing training and best-practice development in teletherapy Required Skills Speech-language assessment IEP development and implementation Teletherapy platforms (Zoom or similar) Articulation and phonology intervention Language disorder treatment Fluency and voice therapy AAC assessment and implementation Clinical documentation and progress monitoring Collaboration with school teams Pediatric/K-12 experience
