Ideal candidates will possess:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status State licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical fellowship candidates are welcome Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to student care Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage a varied caseload Your daily work will include: Conducting screenings, assessments, and providing direct therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and/or fluency issues Collaborating in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintaining accurate records and documenting student progress Consulting and collaborating with classroom teachers, special educators, and families Offering support and education to staff and families related to speech and language development Utilizing evidence-based strategies to maximize student outcomes This contract assignment provides an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact while honing your professional skills in a supportive school environment.
