Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Ability to manage a dynamic, changing caseload across age groups PreK-12 Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Willingness to travel between school sites as required Teletherapy is not an option for this role; onsite presence is required

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, create and implement IEPs, and deliver direct/indirect services Communicate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams on student progress Maintain documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations Travel between sites as determined by caseload needs
