Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-8th grade students with speech and language needs for the upcoming academic year. Based at a single location, you'll play an essential role in helping students develop vital communication skills while collaborating with a dedicated team of educators. The contract runs from August 26, 2026, through June 12, 2027, and offers a consistent weekly schedule, with school hours from 7:45 AM to 3:00 PM and a 37.5 hour workweek. What you'll bring: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred Previous experience serving K-8th grade populations Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload Flexibility to work with a variety of cases, ranging from mild to moderate needs Ability to thrive in a full-time, school-based contract setting Key responsibilities: Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students across grades K-8 Serve a caseload of approximately 30-50 students, adapting interventions to meet individual needs Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state policies Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student achievement Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development Benefits include a predictable school schedule, working within one location, and the chance to impact a wide range of students' lives in a supportive environment.
