Schedule :
Per Diem | Flexible Scheduling| Three (3) shifts per calendar month | Regularly covering weekend shifts is expected | Two (2) holidays per year.

Join a 5-Star retirement community on a beautiful 58-acre campus with a rich history of excellence in senior care and a truly supportive team culture. The Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency impairments as part of in-house rehab services in SNF, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living. 73 / hour Key Responsibilities Performs hearing and/or speech and language examinations. Evaluates hearing and /or speech and language test results. Evaluates barium swallow, other test results, and overall medical background. Diagnoses patients and formulates treatment plans. Educate patients and family members about the various communication methods to cope with impairment. Writes reports and maintains client information.
Performs administrative responsibilities:
coordinates paperwork, writes lesson plans, schedules case management activities, and performs record-keeping for administrative, billing and caseload purposes. Develops individual and/or group activities and/or programs. Participates in the planning and implementing of individualized educational planning (IEP) meetings, in-service meetings, or intervention assistance team meetings.
