Job Description

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students as a Speech Language Pathologist in a supportive K-12 environment. This full-time W2 contract role offers the chance to collaborate closely with educators and families to deliver clinical expertise across a diverse student population, including both in-person and teletherapy services. This opportunity brings variety and purpose as youll serve students with a range of needs, from supporting early communicators to working with older students on advanced language and social skills. Whether youre a seasoned SLP or working on your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), your compassion and clinical skills are valued and encouraged.
Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure Experience in pediatric and school-based settings Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery strategies Ability to manage a dynamic K-12 caseload Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with families, educators, and support staff
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams Conduct both in-person and teletherapy sessions as needed Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal standards Counsel families and educators on effective communication strategies
