We pride ourselves on providing highly individualized care for children with a wide range of medical needs through a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach that includes physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. We are currently seeking a dedicated, compassionate and team-oriented Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited speech therapy program, be licensed in the State of Michigan, have obtained ASHA certification, and have CPR certification (or ability to obtain this certification before starting). At least 1 year of experience in pediatrics is required, with more experience preferred. This caseload will include medically complex feeding therapy, therefore, experience and comfort with a range of pediatric feeding disorders is required. The applicant should have a strong knowledge base and comfort level in working with pediatric clients with a variety of neurodevelopmental and sensory disorders, such as individuals diagnosed with cerebral palsy, autism, premature birth, Down syndrome, etc. Work days are fast-paced and require an applicant who is organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
