Essential Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP license for Michigan, or eligibility for licensure CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome Experience supporting K-8 students in educational settings preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy to students from kindergarten through 8th grade Assess and document student progress, maintaining comprehensive records in compliance with school and district guidelines Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and family members to maximize student success Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEP processes, and take an active role in professional development
