Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist role, supporting students in a school environment near Ypsilanti, MI for the 2026-2027 school year. This rewarding contract opportunity invites passionate, skilled clinicians to provide comprehensive speech and language services to children from Pre-K to 5th grade. Qualifications:
Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certification preferred (CCC-SLP) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field Prior school-based experience is a plus but not required Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging speech and language therapy to students in grades PK-5 Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans and goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Provide both direct and indirect services in compliance with IEPs and district policies Document assessments, interventions, and student outcomes clearly and timely This position offers weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and compensation for both direct and indirect services.
