Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) programs near Andover, MN! Youll make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners, working a consistent four-day week (0.8 FTE / 32 hours) from now through the end of the 2026-2027 school year. With a focus on collaboration and individualized care, youll help students with a variety of communication needsincluding those with multiple disabilitiesgain vital skills to thrive in and out of the classroom.
Qualifications:
Active Minnesota SLP License and relevant professional certification required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Previous school-based SLP experience highly valued Experience working with children with multiple disabilities encouraged Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
Your Role:
Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy to early learners in ECSE settings Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with teachers, families, and other professionals Use research-based interventions to support receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language development Maintain precise records and deliver ongoing progress updates Foster a supportive, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment for students Participate in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to professional development activities
