Key Qualifications:
Current or pending SLP state licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based speech-language therapy Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Excellent communication and documentation skills Comfortable working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) within required timelines Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to maximize student progress Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of services, progress notes, and evaluations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing team discussions Adapt interventions for delivery on-site, online, or in a hybrid setting, as needed Enjoy the flexibility to work in-person, virtually, or a combination of both, depending on what suits your lifestyle and professional goals.
