Preferred qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license in the state of Minnesota, or eligibility to obtain one Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Prior experience working with students in K-12 settings is advantageous Strong skills in teletherapy preferred, alongside traditional therapy methods Collaborative, communicative, and adaptable approach to working on interdisciplinary teams Key responsibilities in this role: Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy services for students with a range of communication challenges Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and caregivers Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of student progress and session notes Adapt service delivery via in-person or teletherapy platforms to best meet student needs Act as a resource for teachers, staff, and families on communication strategies and interventions Support school teams with RTI (Response to Intervention) and pre-referral strategies as needed Enjoy the opportunity to work within a supportive educational environment, where youll play a vital role in students growth and success.
