Job Description
Step into a meaningful role supporting early learners through a rewarding speech-language pathology contract opportunity. Were seeking a dedicated professional to provide essential services to children ages 3-5 in an engaging, school-based early childhood setting. This position covers a 12-week assignment, working three days per week for a total of 22.5 hours, making it ideal for professionals seeking a balanced schedule during the fall season.
Key Qualifications:
Active Minnesota SLP license (required to be considered) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Experience working in school-based or early childhood settings strongly preferred Knowledge of Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) caseloads Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills Ability to start near early September and fulfill the contract through late
November Role Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to a caseload of preschool-aged children (3-5 years) Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs Document student progress and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines Facilitate engaging, evidence-based intervention in both individual and small group formats Participate in meetings and planning sessions as needed for comprehensive student support Ensure a nurturing, inclusive environment for all learners
