School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Hopkins, Minnesota

Job Description

Key Qualifications:
Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license and professional certification (SLP-CCC) required Experience working in school settings strongly preferred Background supporting students with multiple disabilities is a plus Deep understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs), assessment, and intervention techniques within a school environment Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, comfortable working closely with families, educators, and related service providers
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy for early childhood students in an ECSE setting Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation for student progress Participate in IEP meetings, consult with staff and families, and support the integration of therapy into classroom activities Develop creative approaches to engage students of varying abilities and needs Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines as well as district policies
Role Details:
0.8 FTE, or 32 hours per week across four days Start as soon as possible, with the assignment continuing through the end of the 2026-2027 school year This position promises a collaborative environment where your expertise can shine, offering ample support as you help students thrive at a critical stage in their development.
