Step into an important role supporting students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist during a leave coverage at a middle school near Minneapolis, MN. This contract opportunity spans from August 31st through approximately October 14th, placing you in a pivotal position to help around 40 middle school students develop their communication skills during a key period in their education. Ideal candidates bring a passion for school-based speech-language services, readiness for a diverse caseload, and the ability to step into a collaborative educational environment. Experience with pediatric populations and previous work in school settings is highly valued. Those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), are completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY), or are qualified as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) with school or healthcare experience are all encouraged to apply. Additionally, the capacity to supervise a Clinical Fellow (CF) or SLPA is required for this assignment.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Valid state licensure for SLP or SLPA Experience in pediatric and/or school settings Ability to supervise CFs and SLPAs Strong evaluation and communication skills
