Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Current (or eligible for) state licensure and credentials required for school-based practice Previous school experience and familiarity with IEP processes preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Professional commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
What You'll Do:
Provide targeted speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students Conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpret assessment results Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal regulations Participate in student support team meetings, progress reviews, and professional development Why Consider This Opportunity?
