A vibrant school community near Princeton, MN is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services as a long-term substitute at the elementary school level. This position begins in October and spans approximately 10 weeks full-time, transitioning to two days per week thereafter—ideal for a flexible professional seeking impactful, ongoing work.

Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an SLP in Minnesota Strong background in school-based and/or pediatric speech-language therapy Experience collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students, focusing on individualized goals and evidence-based interventions Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain required documentation Work closely with teachers and special education staff to support student achievement Communicate progress and strategies to parents and caregivers Engage in consultation and collaboration with other professionals across disciplines Adapt to flexible scheduling, transitioning from a 10-week full-time assignment to part-time responsibilities two days per week
