This full-time, on-site opening is ideal for speech-language pathologists who are dedicated to pediatric care and eager to work collaboratively with educational professionals, students, and their families. Open to clinical fellowship year (CFY) and experienced SLPs, this setting provides excellent mentorship and the chance to build deep, meaningful connections within the school community.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required. Valid state licensure for

SLP. ASHA

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion/active participation in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Pediatric and school-based experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs. Provide direct therapy to students, utilizing evidence-based techniques. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other multidisciplinary professionals to foster student success. Maintain thorough, timely records and progress reports in accordance with school guidelines. Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development.
