As a valued Speech-Language Pathologist, you will serve a diverse caseload of learners from kindergarten through 12th grade. The position is full-time and offers flexibility in caseload assignment, taking your experience and preferences into accountwhether your strengths lie in early childhood, pediatric, or elementary populations. Ranging from moderate to profound needs, each caseload will provide you with the chance to showcase your expertise and passion for fostering student communication progress.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in grades K12 Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress Collaborate closely with educators, specialists, and families to support each students goals Document interventions and maintain organized records in compliance with school district and federal guidelines Contribute to staff meetings, consult on communication supports, and participate in IEP team conferences Adapt therapy approaches to best meet diverse learning needs and backgrounds
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) Active SLP license for the state (or ability to obtain) Experience working with pediatric and school-based populations Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Ability to manage and prioritize a flexible caseload
