Key Qualifications:

Active Missouri license in Speech-Language Pathology Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is essential Open to pediatric caseloads; experience in schools is highly valued, but new graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply Those holding CCC-SLP credentials or seeking CFY supervision, as well as Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA), are welcome Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEPs Deliver direct intervention services to students either one-on-one or in small groups Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress Maintain detailed records and participate in IEP meetings as needed Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment focused on student growth
