Competitive pay package Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and supply reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders Use standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly Evaluate and document treatment outcomes and modify services as needed Provide consultation, counseling, and education to patients, families, and caregivers Communicate regularly with the healthcare team regarding patient progress and treatment plans Complete comprehensive discharge summaries and maintain accurate electronic records Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education Supervise and support CFY or student speech-language pathologists when applicable Adhere to ASHA and state licensure standards and ethics What You Need Valid state license to practice as an
SLP ASHA
certification (CCC-SLP preferred) 1+ year of experience in a clinical setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Humansville, MO, dedicated to providing exceptional long-term care services.
