Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology Hold or be eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based therapy Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals Provide direct therapy sessions for students with a variety of speech and language needs Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to maximize student success Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and outcomes Offer guidance and education to teachers and parents on strategies for supporting communication development Participate in meetings and provide input to multidisciplinary teams
