Job Description

Performance Therapy is seeking a caring and motivated Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team at our Canton, MS clinic. In this role, you will evaluate and treat children with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs, working closely with families to help each child reach their full potential in a supportive, family-friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Educate and involve families and caregivers in the therapy process
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Collaborate with other therapists and team members to provide well-rounded care

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Current or eligible Mississippi SLP license
