Qualifications and Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Eligible for or currently pursuing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Strong foundation in diagnosing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders Adaptable, organized, and able to collaborate with diverse student populations and interdisciplinary teams Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills Flexibility and positivity for working in new environments
Core Responsibilities:
Administer assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs Deliver direct therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings, as prescribed by IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and onsite staff to ensure holistic support for each student Document evaluations, progress notes, and therapy outcomes in compliance with school policies Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for interventions and accommodations Remain current with best practices and evidence-based therapy approaches
