9654822-27525 Job Description Make a difference in the lives of children by supporting their growth and development as a contract Speech Language Pathologist working with elementary-aged students in a vibrant educational setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and motivated SLP looking for a full-time position, with a caseload primarily comprised of elementary students. Assignments may be matched to your experience and age group preferences.

Key Qualifications:

Active North Carolina SLP license is required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred Prior experience in schools, particularly with pediatric populations Proven proficiency with assistive listening technology Ability and willingness to supervise, as you may oversee an SLPA if placed Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environments

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for students with speech and language challenges Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Utilize assistive listening technology to support students access to communication Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development Supervise and support SLPA staff as needed, ensuring effective service delivery
