What You Bring:

Active North Carolina SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or strong Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates welcome Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred Deep understanding of speech and language development in children Commitment to collaboration with educators, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in an elementary setting Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress Work closely with special education teams to ensure students' IEP goals are met Consult and communicate effectively with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student success Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting in compliance with district standards Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed Perks of the
