Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP license in North Carolina (or eligibility for licensure) Previous experience in school settings preferred Strong communication, flexibility, and adaptability Ability to manage diverse caseloads and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct therapy to students across assigned schools and age groups Consult with teachers, parents, and related service providers Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Employment term: August 2024 - May 2026
