Our flagship LifeWorks Rehab Program combines advanced therapeutic techniques with personalized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of experts dedicated to optimizing every aspect of rehabilitation. Speech Language Pathologist is a key role in our rehabilitation team, responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders.

Job Responsibilities:

Screens, evaluates, and develops programs for implementation for all patients as needed. Evaluates patients with communication and swallowing disorders and develops effective treatment plans to meet each patient's needs. Collaborates/communicates effectively with other center team members to ensure optimal patient care and progress. Prioritizes responsibilities to ensure efficient clinical operations. Demonstrates ability and willingness to attain productivity benchmark. Completes documentation/billing timely, and accurately. Ensures MD orders are obtained according to company policy and procedure.
