Job Description

Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, clinical fellows considered Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus Proficiency in conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and delivering both individual and group therapy Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with educators and families Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose communication disorders among school-aged students Develop and implement targeted therapy plans tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to optimize treatment outcomes Document progress according to district policies and maintain thorough records Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for student support Educate school staff and families on communication strategies and intervention best practices
