Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered Prior experience in a pediatric, school, or teletherapy setting preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proficient in providing services both in-person and via teletherapy platforms, as needed
Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations of speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on a range of speech and language needs Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates with team members and families Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student care In this role, you'll receive a highly competitive hourly rate of $40-$52, reflecting your expertise and commitment to student success.
