Key Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required Valid state licensure for school-based SLP services Successful experience working with school-aged children, particularly those with significant disabilities, at the middle and high school level Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, teaming effectively with educators and families Organized, proactive, and committed to producing student-centered outcomes

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students in a school-based setting Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates to educators and parents Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students academic and personal growth Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning and compliance
