Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Nebraska SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Passion for working with K-12 students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students Work with teachers and staff to support language development within the classroom Document student progress and communicate results to families, teachers, and other stakeholders Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions Maintain compliance with all state and federal requirements You will enjoy the flexibility and variety that comes with a contract role, as well as a supportive environment focused on student progress and professional growth.
